After enough slides, even the audience starts believing it.
A simple analogy: imagine a hospital deciding that specialist doctors can do everything. So it removes the nurses, medical assistants, pharmacists, receptionists, cleaners, security guards, and support staff.
It sounds impressive during a seminar.
It becomes a disaster when the hospital actually needs to operate.
The same thing is happening with AI.
Some companies rushed to replace people with autonomous agents, only to face hallucinations, weak guardrails, uncontrolled token costs, inconsistent results, and eventually the quiet rehiring of the same positions.
I prefer a detached 系统.
AI helps build the 系统. 固定规则 handle repeatable processes. Humans remain involved for control, judgment, and accountability.

AI should strengthen an organisation, not remove the common sense required to run it.
