If you receive a product that is damaged or defective during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will replace the product or provide a full refund.

2. Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect order, please contact us immediately. We will correct the order or provide a refund.

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed for delivery. Please contact us as soon as possible.

4. Refund 工艺
